Licensed since 2001 and past 1,000+ closings, James founded Paramount in 2021 after two decades inside brokerages that counted production and not much else.
Most of the work now is the part clients never see: reading the comparables nobody else read carefully, and knowing which offer a seller will actually take.
Designated Broker
Dave holds the Designated Broker license for Paramount, the role Washington requires a brokerage to have and the person legally accountable for how every transaction in the firm is run.
In practice that means compliance, supervision, and being the last read on anything complicated before it goes out the door.
